On February 27-28, an offline workshop for deputy heads of student affairs was held in Poltava as part of the Student Self-Governance Development Workshop "aGAIN 3.0". The event was organized with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Representing the Department for Educational, Social and Humanitarian Work with Youth at PSMU, Oksana Bilash participated in the event.
The workshop focused on sharing best practices in cooperation between educational institution administrations and student self-government bodies. Participants discussed the roles and responsibilities of each party in decision-making processes, as well as mechanisms for effective feedback and dialogue.
Additionally, attendees explored the achievements of the "aGAIN" Workshop in previous years, its current initiatives, and future plans. Special attention was given to fostering a culture of collaboration between student self-government organizations and educational administrations, contributing to the development of democratic governance within the student community.
