On May 15, the Department of Ukrainian Studies and Humanities at Poltava State  Medical University together with foreign higher education students celebrated the International Family Day. “The whole world should be our family ... We are proud of Ukraine, its heroic people and we love everything connected with it, even in the most remote corners of the world, because we are all one big family, one home country” - this is how our students wrote about themselves, about the university, about Ukraine on the eve of the holiday. The family begins with a new life: the family continues, the sanctity of traditions is respected; here is the formation of the citizen.
In the CIVILIZED WORLD, the family is a source of love and respect; it has been and remains the guardian of human values, culture and historical heritage of generations, a factor of stability and development, unity of the entire human community.
