Head of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology Dr. Olena Bieliaieva and Associate Professor Dr. Yuliia Lysanets successfully completed the international online course “Stepping into Leadership: Core Skills and Confidence for New Higher Education Managers,” developed by Nottingham Business School – one of the largest and most prestigious business schools in the United Kingdom.
The course focuses on developing leadership and management competencies among higher education professionals. Participants enhanced their practical skills in strategic thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and decision-making within the academic environment.
