This year, Poltava State Medical University has expanded its cooperation with Scottish universities and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland. This was preceded by a series of working meetings to discuss promising areas of cooperation.
Cooperation with Glasgow Caledonian University provides for:
- Development of Webinars, Virtual placements, Peer enhanced electronic placement (PEEP), exchange and COIL.
- Encouragement of student-led links with the Emergency Care Society and the equivalent society in Poltava.
- Research and scholarly links.
- Exploring ways to promote innovation and knowledge to optimise the capacity for social and economic development.
- Joint project activity in the sphere of international cooperation.
