This was proved by the students of the Faculty of Dentistry, who are always gaining new knowledge and maintain the spirit of scientific competition. On February 16, 2023, the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery held the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the academic discipline "Oral Surgery" among the students of the 4th and 5th years of study of the Faculty of Dentistry. Students took the written test from various sections of oral surgery. The papers were carefully checked by the members of the jury.

The winners of the Olympiad are:

1st place - Oleksiy Khokhola (4th year of study, group 6);

2nd place - Maxim Chyrkov (4th year of study, group 11);

3rd place - Nadiia Martynenko (5th year of study, group 8) and Serhii Shved (4th year of study, group 7).

David Avetikov, Vice-Rector for Academic Activities, and Alla Sydorova, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, visited the award ceremony.

All winners were awarded with the Diplomas and gifts.
