On February 8, 2023, the participants of the student scientific group of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology together with the Associate Professors Victoria Kostenko and Yulia Lysanets attended the online seminar "Warwick Translation and Transcultural Studies Seminar Series".

The event was held in a mixed format at the Department of Translation and Intercultural Communication of the University of Warwick (Great Britain). At the seminar, the scientific report "Ethical Professionals: Standards, Self-care, and Sustainability" by Professor Joseph Lambert, a translation specialist from Cardiff University, was presented.

The participants of the student scientific group of the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology had the opportunity to improve their communication skills and deepen their knowledge of modern trends in translation studies, components of translation ethics, ways of forming ethical competence in professional activity.
