Poltava State Medical University and the Medical University of Warsaw, within the framework of a bilateral agreement and cooperation under the Erasmus+ international program, continue implementing joint projects. Associate Professor Ihor Ivanytskyi from the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry recently completed a short-term mobility at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the Medical University of Warsaw. The experience of interacting with faculty and 3rd–5th year students of the Departments of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics proved to be both insightful and beneficial. The students are acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills through full-scale treatment of real patients.
The practical training, supported by the International Relations Department of PSMU, resulted in the acquisition of new knowledge and skills, as well as an exchange of teaching practices at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. The ultimate goal is to integrate effective elements of the educational process at the Medical University of Warsaw into the training of students at the Faculty of Dentistry of PSMU.
