On December 19, the Department of Anatomy with Clinical Anatomy and Operative Surgery, led by its head, Professor Serhii Bilash, hosted an official visit from Yuliia Piskorska, the Ukrainian coordinator for the programs “BridgeUSA Ukrainian Academic Fellows Program (UAFP)” and BridgeUSA “Ukraine Program for Resilience and Reconstruction (UPRR)” under the American Councils for International Education. During the visit, the distinguished guest toured the department's state-of-the-art facilities, which provide an immersive educational environment. Highlights included the modern ONIKO interactive table, innovative Body Interact software, 3D Organon VR Anatomy Enterprise Edition, 3D Organon Anatomy, Surgera VR, and the interdepartmental simulation center for laparoscopic surgery training. Ms. Piskorska was deeply impressed by the advanced technologies used at Poltava State Medical University, which not only significantly enhance the quality of medical education but also foster strong interdisciplinary skill integration among students. This collaboration underscores the department's commitment to global engagement and innovation in medical education.
