The Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology begins the new academic year 2024-2025 with new international achievements - the Head of the Department, Associate Professor Olena Bieliaieva and Associate Professors Larysa Slipchenko and Yuliia Lysanets became co-authors of the scientific monograph “Jȩzyk - Educatja - Integracja społeczna. Interdyscyplinarne poszukiuwania“ (”Language - Education - Social Integration. Interdisciplinary Research"), which was published by the Krakow publishing house ‘LIBRON - Filip Lohne

The researchers from Poltava made a significant contribution to this scientific publication, which was made within the framework of long-term and fruitful cooperation with one of the leading Polish universities - the University of Bielsko-Biala.  Three chapters of the monograph were submitted for publication (pp. 141 - 256), which highlight the issues of developing future doctors' communicative competence in dialogic speech at a high scientific level, present the methodology and results of experimental training of future and already practicing doctors according to the author's methodology, which has been actively implemented at the Department of Foreign Languages with Latin and Medical Terminology at both undergraduate and postgraduate stages in recent years.
