Traineeship for teaching staff in Lithuania

Professor Nataliia Chekalina from the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine completed an international traineeship "Advanced Practices and Innovations in Higher Education: International Experience of Lithuania" held in Vilnius, Lithuania.  The traineeship was conducted online, lasted four months, and comprised three content modules of 60 hours each.

During the traineeship, round tables, symposia, conferences, lectures, and meetings took place. Participants became acquainted with the organization of the educational process in Lithuanian universities, the PhD studies, and the formation of Lithuanian scientific schools. Lectures on pedagogy and psychology were delivered, and topics such as the planning of scientific research and projects and the use of artificial intelligence in the educational environment were discussed. Significant attention was given to Ukrainian-Lithuanian interaction during the war.

As part of the traineeship, colleagues shared their own pedagogical experiences. Professor Nataliia Chekalina made a presentation on optimizing interpersonal relationships in the educational environment and forming effective creative teams. All trainees became members of the Lithuanian Scientific Society to foster further fruitful interaction in the development and implementation of modern educational technologies in Ukraine and the organization of joint scientific, educational, and social projects.
