Scholarship programme for clinicians “Advanced Clinician Scientist Fellowship” founded by Cancer Research UK to enable ambitious and successful clinicians to deepen their knowledge and conduct scientific researches in the fight against cancer.
Applications for this programme are reviewed by a specially created committee twice a year, and the entire application process consists of three stages:
Preliminary submission of applications: the committee considers the applications of all interested and selects the most successful candidates - from May 22 to July 1, 2018;
Submission of a full package of documents: pre-selected by the committee candidates submit a full package of necessary documents, which are considered by international experts in a particular field - by August 21, 2018;
Interview: 40-minute interview with representatives of the selection committee of the scholarship programme - November 2018.
Requirements for contestants: clinicians, young researchers and health professionals.
Candidates must submit applications and the full package of documents in a timely manner and present the argument that their research will contribute to the development of the best scientific experience in the field of oncology, and that they and other members of the research team have practical experience and potential for relevant research.
